We seek to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the industry through innovative, practical design and conscientious service.

Brightsun Technologies® was founded by CEO Reg Gibbs to develop information technology for human services professionals. A certified life care planner and rehabilitation counselor, Mr. Gibbs became administrator of the State of Montana's Extended Employment program in 2001. He replaced the program's paper recordkeeping system with a paperless web-based system, an innovation that resulted in both greater efficiency and a reduction in administrative costs. The State of Idaho subsequently adopted the system for its own Extended Employment program. From this initial application, Mr. Gibbs developed Access Choice®, a suite of Brightsun software applications that state agencies use to manage data. In 2009 Brightsun Technologies finalized the development of FormPro, a unique application that permits custom design of physician input forms and provides life care planners and attorneys with quick access to relevant medical research. Brightsun Technologies is staffed by experienced professionals dedicated to the development and support of innovative products for the human services industry.
